Duuude, the vibes were so chill! Our room was clean with, like, direct access to a balcony, how cool is that? Richy and Lyn were super friendly-gave us awesome tips for the glowworm walk! Breakfast was, like, totally delish too. Wish we could've stayed longer because it felt so cozy!

Neat rooms complete with hot water in the shower, the shower, private bathroom. The food is fabulous and fab. The setting is fantastic and stunning, right by back garden, and Ruakuri cave and Ruakuri natural tunnel.

Lyn was very friendly, attentive and helpful.
We encountered several issues . First, the laundry facilities were not user-friendly. We faced a long line and missed the cutoff time. The room had a slight musty smell upon arrival, which could have been addressed with better airing. Most concerning was the presence of numerous spiders.

I had the pleasure of staying in a family room that was super clean and cozy, with a private bathroom that ensured our privacy. The continental breakfast each morning was a good spread, with a variety of cereals, fresh croissants, and delicious jams to fuel our day of exploring. The hosts provided excellent local insights and were really good too.

This was a well-suited match for a short weekend trip in Waitomo Caves with great value for money. The dining experience was amazing, especially with the superb food we had at the restaurant. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast, as it ends quite early.

Our Family Room was clean and comfy, perfect for our group. The bed was cozy, and it had a private bathroom, a big plus. We appreciated the ample space to move around, though it was a bit small overall. Breakfast options were plenty, just right to kick off our day. The only downside was the steep pathway to reach our room. It made lugging bags a bit tricky.
